Got a few more shooters since my last update. First of all, this monstrous looking thing:

It's the Crosman Sniper R38 airsoft rifle with a 4x32 air rifle scope mounted on it. It's a fun plinker; I'm able to nail a 8.5" by 11" piece of paper at around 100 feet and working the "bolt" is pretty satisfying. It is also very inexpensive for an airsoft rifle and seems to be a rebrand of the UTG M324 rifle. That would mean I could do the upgrade described in this post, though I'll probably just do the teflon tape upgrade procedures. I probably wouldn't use it for airsoft wars, though, as it would be either too overpowered against less expensive airsoft guns, or not have enough "firepower" against mid-priced AEGs.
I got the airsoft rifle a few weeks ago. Yesterday, though, I also doubled my small firearms collection:

Yup, that's a Springfield Armory XD 9mm with a 4" barrel under my older Beretta 92FS. I haven't shot it yet (I hope to be able to do that tonight!), but I've always preferred the feel of the XDs over the Glocks whenever I first got the chance to hold and shoot one. I still really like the look of the Beretta 92 over most other handguns
More updates later.
