It seemed Go Daddy was having some DNS problems earlier, which prevented any of my sites from resolving correctly. It also affected a few friend's sites that I know are hosted on Go Daddy for some time. In any case, I logged into the Go Daddy site and checked up on my domains. When I reset the hosted nameservers, it seemed to have changed to new servers. Waited an hour or so, and my sites are back up again.
Sigh, I should just host my own DNS. And since most of my sites are on the same server, if the DNS went down, all of my sites are most likely down too. I'll just have to find a way to setup a secondary DNS server somewhere (Heck, that would also provide a convenient backup mail server that I've been needing too).
UPDATE: Ah, this looked like was the cause: GoDaddy whacked by DDoS attack

GOWnet too
Yeah, GOWnet was affected by that too. Although there have been a few instances when it went down for a few min up to an hour in the past cause of Godaddy. But lately they have been stable for me.
